Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026
This policy explains how to cancel your SkyScribe subscription and when payments are eligible for a refund.
1. How to Cancel
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app, from your Account / Settings page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after you cancel.
- Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Organisation seat licencesare cancelled by the organisation’s administrator, not by an individual clinician — reducing the seat count or ending the licence takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On cancellation the organisation keeps its clinical records and can export them; we do not delete patient records because a licence has ended.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
2. Refund Rules
- Recharge / top-up purchases are non-refundable, and unused recharge allowance expires at the end of the billing cycle in which it was purchased.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- We do not pro-rate or refund partial months.
3. Refund Timeline
Where a refund is required by applicable law or issued to correct a billing error, it is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your statement.
4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at skyscribe@skyscribeai.com with your payment reference. We investigate every billing dispute and respond within 2–3 business days.
